Returns

  • You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • Customized or special order products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

How to Return

  • Contact our Customer Service at support@wonderpak.net within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping.

  • Please return the item using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • If the item is defective or wrong, we will refund the full amount including shipping fees.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for the same product are subject to availability.

  • Contact us at support@wonderpak.net to request an exchange and receive further instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund as soon as possible.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
